Join Bob Craven, former Southend Police officer, as he discusses the events that led to his mental illness diagnosis in 1993, following a high-risk career infiltrating organised crime gangs. A victim of several serious assaults during his career, Bob shares personal insights in managing mental health, chronic asthma and heart disease and proves life after diagnosis can be successful and rewarding.
